Support Services as weekly programme

Lift offers a large number of support services for young people. Most of these need to be booked in advance with the relevant partner organsation. All the information you need should be in these pages but if you want to drop by and get advice on the best support service for you then come to our weekly Wellbeing Drop In on Wednesdays between 5.30-7.30pm.

Mondays      
9-3pm Counselling with Child Wellbeing Practitioners

3-6pm Counselling with Mind Connect  
Tuesdays          
12-5pm One-to-ones  to chat with a youth worker

4-5pm Back on Track with Whittington Physio  
4-8pm Counselling with Mind Connect    
Wednesdays          
10am-8.30pm Counselling with the Brandon Centre  
11am-1pm Sexual Health Clinic with CAMISH  
1-6pm Counselling with TYS Counselling  
3.30-5.30pm Education Support fortnighly session for education issues  
4.15-7pm Sexual Health Clinic with CAMISH      
5.30-6.30pm ADHD Coaching understanding living with ADHD better  
6-8pm Counselling with Mind Connect
