Mindfulness is a technique that can help us break away from negative thought patterns and help us manage anxiety, stress and depression.

The Stress Project are offerng an eight week course at Lift so you can find out the benefits for yourself. The first session is an introduction, so you can see if it suits you. Then it is expected that you would committ to coming to majority of the sessions as this will it build up your skills.
