Join our 30 station gym and enjoy a workout. We have a wide range of equipment including fixed and free weights, plus running, stepping and cycling machines.
We know the importance of keeping fit and having regular exercise to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. You can meet with a gym instructor and enjoy a supervised workout using a wide range of equipment. You will also be helped to design a sustainable personal fitness routine.
Our aim to is help everyone develop and then meet their own fitness goals and use exercise as a positve way to keep healthy.
Dates and times: Mondays and Fridays 4-9pm and Wednesdays 5-9pm there is a 4pm slot for young women only)
On Friday evenings we have a social event at 6pm and you can stay and have a free meal and drinks.
