Parkour and Free Runnning
Interested in parkour or freerunning? Learn the basics - jumping and landing, rolling and vaulting, climbing and balancing. Pick up some new moves and develop your momentum, flow and bounce. Get tips on training safely, finding groups and learning to view obstacles as opportunities.
These sessions are indoors.
We welcome beginners - no experience is required.
Mondays 6 - 8pm till 27 March then back from 8 May - 17 July (excluding BH)
Wednesdays 5.15 - 7.15pm till 29 March then back from 3 May - 5 July

What to wear: Comfortable gym clothing and trainers with grip. No jeans please. Also note any jewellery that could might prove hazardous will have to be removed.
You need to have a signed consent form your parents if you are under 16.
