Pad Work Training
Training with focus pads is a great way to develop your reflexes, agility and overall cardio vascular fitness. It tones your muscles and helps reduce body fat.
The techniques you will learn are not just about speed and power, you also work on rhythm, timing and overall stamina. The class is also about learning self-discipline and how to use exercise to de-stress.
This session is about an hour of bootcamp-style martial arts training plus warms up, stretching and cool down. You will have fun while getting fit.
The class is for all levels. Whether its your first time trying boxing or you have a fight coming up and you need to make that weight, all are welcome. At the moment we are focusing on boxing. However we also have Coach Luke who specialises in Muay Thai. All coaches train in martial arts so you are bound to pick up a move or two ;)

Fridays 6.30 - 7.30pm beginners
Fridays 7.30 - 8.30pm advanced
