Training with focus pads is a great way to develop your reflexes, agility and overall cardio vascular fitness. It tones your muscles and helps reduce body fat.
The techniques you will learn are not just about speed and power, you also work on rhythm, timing and overall stamina. The class is also about learning self-discipline and how to use exercise to de-stress.
This session is about an hour of bootcamp-style martial arts training plus warms up, stretching and cool down. You will have fun while getting fit. You don’t need to be interested in boxing or martial arts to take part, though if you are it is good preparation training.
