Drop in to our 30 station gym and enjoy a workout. We have a wide range of equipment including fixed and free weights, plus running, stepping and cycling machines. The gym is supervised by instructors who are on hand to help you with technique and also planning workouts. Our aim to is help everyone develop and then meet their own fitness goals.
We have regular group stretching and circuit sessions.
You will be given a gym induction as part of your first visit.
Ages: 13 - 19 and up to 25 if you have a disability.
Dates: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Times: 4 - 8.45pm. Note that 4-5pm on a Wednesday is for young women only.
