Girls Boxing with Access to Sports

Improve your strength, agility, stamina and reactions with this boxing-based fitness class. The workouts will include skipping, boxing, basic punch combinations, focus mitts, punchbags, slipping and rolling, abs, core work and partner drills. This is all non-contact and aimed at getting you in great shape.
