Carnival Cooking

Food is the essence of Carnival and we are celebrating the smells and tastes of the Caribbean. Curried goat, jerk chicken and pork, rice and peas, patties, fried dumplings/festivals, ackee and salt fish, fried plantain and roasted sweetcorn will all be on the menu of delicious meals we will make.

You will also have the opportunity to take a Food Hygiene Certificate.

Summerversity Course for 13-16 year olds
Days: Wednesdays
Time: 5-8pm
Dates: 1, 8,15 ,22 and 20 August

Launchpad Course for 17-21 year olds

Days: Fridays
Time: 5-8pm
Dates: 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 August

plus an extra 4 hours at a time to suit you to sit your Food Hygiene Certificate course and test.
